Our loft insulation required replacing, they made the process so easy and very polite team. There vans do not have sign written which we liked as allowed all works to be very discrete. We also had issues with rodent sin our garden and they have now started the elimination program. Even provided a prize for our Christmas raffle - Great Business Great Team -

I used MPS to get rid of a rat infestation in my home. Chris and the team were reasonably priced and came in very quickly. The guys that completed the works were very polite and efficient with completing the works. I would highly recommend MPS to anyone requiring pest control services.

Chris and his colleague from MPS Services Group Ltd were very respectful to the family who were very anxious about their pest problem. They were very professional and had the appropriate knowledge but alongside very empathic. The initial assessment was free which was very helpful and a very intensive report was completed. Chris attended a professional network meeting and was extremely helpful, he offered advice without being 'pushy' and had a very good understanding with working with City Council colleagues.

From the first contact to the final job everyone I spoke with from Beki in the office to the lovely guys who talked me through everything and then did the job were professional helpful and just lovely people. I never once felt pressured into anything and was also given things to try and do that were alot cheaper to do first then having to pay for the full work. Everything was booked in with easy and couldn't have asked for a nicer company / people and they did an amazing job throughout my flat. Highly recommend them for any pest problems.

We needed to have 2 sheds emptied and removed because rats were in the sheds that were were starting to deteriorate.3 men turned up did a excellent job of removing and taken away all rubbish. Rat traps were laid in different locations .they returned a week later still had one or two rats remaining (they can be tricky little devils)Kevin and co got on with the job of leveling and putting down bases for new sheds it was also one of the hottest day of the year,they kept going till evening and had finished the bases and cleared all rubbish to go .hard working and clean workers.

Chris and his workforce were over all the above.From my 1st call Chris answered all queries with reassurance promptly.The guys who did the work were efficient and professional and just got on with the job without having to disturb me. They cleared the loft completely prior to staring the work,and they replace items back in the loft when work was completed.They also cleaned up after themselves and too away all the rubbish. Work carried out was to a high standard, really happy with the end result and the staff were great - from start to finish!

I called MPS and within 24 hours they were on site and advising me on why the insects were present and what could be done to eradicate them. They carried out a treatment and it was evident that the problem soon dissipated. They followed up with a call a week later to see how things were and if they needed to re-attend.
